1. Customer Submitted Designs

Customers may submit customization materials, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Artwork
• Images

Design instructions.

Customers retain ownership of their submitted designs.

By submitting designs to Sport, you grant D-IY Company a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, process, modify, and transmit such designs only for purposes necessary to:

• Manufacture requested products
• Process and complete orders
• Perform quality inspections
• Provide customer support

Display product previews or mockups related to your order.

This license does not transfer ownership of your designs to Velorapot.

Sport will not sell, distribute, or use customer-submitted designs for unrelated commercial purposes without authorization.

2. Customer Responsibility for Submitted Content

You represent and warrant that you own the submitted designs or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions required to use such materials.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submitted content does not:

• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
• Violate privacy, publicity, or personal rights
• Contain unauthorized logos, brand names, or protected designs

Include unlawful, misleading, abusive, or prohibited content.

Examples of potentially protected content include:

• Professional sports team logos
• League trademarks
• Brand logos
• Copyrighted artwork
• Celebrity images

Registered trademarks.

Customers are responsible for obtaining permission before submitting any protected content.

3. Customized Sports Apparel Disclaimer

Sport provides independently designed and customized products.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, customized jerseys and apparel available through Sport are:

• Not manufactured by professional sports teams
• Not officially affiliated with sports leagues

Not sponsored, endorsed, or authorized by third-party brands or organizations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted team names, logos, and designs have proper authorization for use.

4. Review and Removal of Designs

Sport may review submitted designs when necessary to protect intellectual property rights, comply with applicable laws, or prevent misuse of our services.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse production of a submitted design
• Cancel an order containing unauthorized or prohibited content
• Remove submitted content

Suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated violations.

If we request proof of ownership, authorization, or licensing for submitted content, customers agree to provide appropriate documentation.

Failure to provide sufficient verification may result in cancellation or refusal of the related order.

5. Use of Sport Website Content

All content available on the Sport website, including but not limited to:

• Website design
• Product images
• Graphics
• Text
• Logos
• Page layouts
• Software features
• Other website materials

is owned by or licensed to D-IY Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use any website content without our written permission.
