I’m 5’5′ and weigh between 130-135. Also have a smaller chest. I went with what others have recommended and ordered a size up which for me is a medium, cause I typically wear a small in tops. I have a smaller chest and am not tall so if you’re tall and/or have a larger chest maybe order 2 sizes up to accommodate because when you tie the front it shorts it quite a bit. When tied the medium hits perfectly below my waist and on my lower abdomen.
